Are there shooting ranges in Germany like in the USA where you can shoot at targets for fun?

They are supposed to exist in Switzerland too, but I have never seen anything like it in Germany.

The "rumballers", of course under supervision and with approved weapons, is also possible in Germany.

To do this, you can either go to a shooter's club near you and ask for a shooter's shot, or you're going to a commercial shooting range.

Here there would be, for example, the Müller Shooting Center MSZU in Ulm, one of the largest indoor shooting facilities in Europe.

"Rumballers" isn't, but there are commercial shooting facilities with firearms.

You know nothing but unreal weapons or dead.

That's the point. From 12 years of compressed air, from 14 years of age, small-scale weapons and from 18 years of age everything else.

You can shoot as a guest at almost every shooter's club. You'll get an instruction to watch. Then you can borrow a gun from the club or ask a shooter who's just there to shoot with his gun. You buy the ammunition there and pay a standing fee. And then you shoot under control. Important: You shoot in order and in accordance with all the rules, as quietly and as precisely as possible on target discs, wildly baling or "plinking" (shooting on cans and the like) there is not. For plinking, I use an air gun on my private property or garage. Get excited 🙂

The German Schützenverein is the only legal possibility to shoot without a license, but this is not comparable to shooting stands in the USA. Your choice of weapons is very limited. But there is tourism specializing in it. Germany has many neighboring countries where this is not so strictly regulated.

Do you even know that a gun license has nothing to do with a gun permit?

For you, the visit to the Schieskino would be something.

A hall with canvas. There are all kinds of movies, and there's a sharp gun on it. Either borrow on your own or on site. It's fun. It's expensive. Hours about 90 – 120 €.

We usually go with 4 people.
