Are there jet skis everywhere on vacation?

I'd like to do a lot of jet skiing on the Spanish mainland, on the south coast. Lloret de Mar

Question: Can you ride jet skis almost everywhere or only in certain areas?

As you need a driving license in Spain, this is only possible in certain areas. That would be "private ground" there.
