Are there epilators that cool the skin immediately without the cold part heating up quickly?

I once had an epilator (about 18 years ago) that cooled the affected area immediately after removing the hair. You could attach a part to the main unit, which I kept in the freezer when not in use. Unfortunately, it quickly became warm during use because it came into contact with my skin.

My question: Has the function improved over the years and are there epilators today with the additional option of cooling the area immediately and allowing the cold part of the device to maintain the low temperature for longer?
