Unknown. Whether there has ever been life on Mars, you don’t know, and if there’s any, it’s questionable whether it’s bacteria. Evolution on Mars can have happened quite differently. It would even be very surprising if it had run like on Earth.

No evidence has yet been found, and if Mars lost the water million years ago, it can be impossible to prove the remains of ancient bacteria.

They may not survive directly on the surface. But if they have a heat source somewhere, maybe already.
