Are security guards allowed to carry their own equipment?

Hello,

The question is directed at those experienced in the security service/industry: is it permitted to wear your own PPE, i.e. RSG, EKA or is this not permitted?

Or do you have to clarify this with your supervisor?

Most security services wear a uniform or uniform clothing and there is nothing that deviates from it.

It is also normally only necessary to carry the equipment provided by the company.

Your abbreviations don’t tell me anything even though I’ve been in security for 8 years.

No, you can’t do such a thing if it wasn’t officially part of the equipment

Protective equipment yes, unless otherwise prescribed. “Waffen” definitely just what the employer provides

So I come out of the area and when I came out after the terms googele that you called came out devices for cancer early detection and gymnastics but if you refer to wearing weapons you need an extra weapon certificate in Germany too in the security industry
