Are private messages on Instagram deleted if an account is deleted due to a report?
Hello. I reported an account that was sending false information to my follower list. The account was deleted shortly afterwards.
My question is, were the messages also deleted or do they remain there?

I think they're staying there. I looked through my old messages, and some of them just have "Instagram user" listed as the "sender," even without a profile picture. Those are probably deleted accounts.
