To date, in my department, only one that was released during the trial period, but not due to lack of skills. Idr. is the trial time at Junior with 6 months for the first time, but your company is also aware that you need to be taught. In the rarest cases, you are expected to work autonomously from day one and do everything perfectly.

Please. Stay relaxed. Just go through your projects and is good. By the way, it is often more expensive for companies to reload the unoccupied job and re-enter the employee. Actually, you’ll be able to pass the trial time if you don’t be destructive.

Meanwhile, the conditions are so that employees leave the company because they find something better. In this case, not the employee ” failed”, but the company was unable to keep the employees.

I’ve always been over my test times quite smoothly. More stressful I found the trial days and/or tests.

I don’t know why the values should be remarkably different than in other trained activities.

Software developers are not now known as hire & fire profession.

I would expect the rate of flow for trained occupations under the one for learning because AN is more difficult to replace. But I wouldn’t have had concrete values for you.
