Here are some solutions

1. Enable archive Make sure that the “Archive” function is enabled for your stories.

– Go to your profile and tap the three horizontal lines at the top right.

– Choose “Settings”.

– Go to “private sphere” and then to “story”.

– Make sure “Save in Archive” is enabled.

Two. How to access your story archive:

– Go to your profile.

– Tap the three horizontal lines at the top right.

– Choose “Archive”.

– Make sure you have selected the “Stories” tab above and not “Contributions”.

3. App and device update Make sure you use the latest version of the Instagram app and that your device is up to date.

– Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and update Instagram if an update is available.

– Also check if there is a system update for your device.

4. Cache empty the cache of the Instagram app to fix any temporary problems.

– On Android: Go to your device’s settings, select “Apps”, find Instagram, and tap “Cache Empty”.

– On iOS: There is no direct way to empty the cache, but you can delete and reinstall the app.

Five. Contact Instagram support**: If you still have problems, contact Instagram support.

– Go to your profile, tap the three horizontal lines, select “Settings”, then “Help”, and finally “Report Problem”. Describe your problem as accurately as possible.

Hope I could help you.
