Arbeitszeugnis?
Hallo zusammen,
habe morgen ein Vorstellungsgespräch. Ich sollte schonmal paar Dokumente einreichen, auch ein Arbeitszeugnis. Ein Arbeitszeugnis habe ich nicht, weil ich das auf meiner jetzigen Arbeit noch nicht angesprochen habe. Mein Problem hier ist, dass ich mich mit meinem Chef überhaupt nicht verstehe und wir uns nur am anlegen sind, weil er die Mitarbeiter unterdrückt und der Umgang ganz mies ist. Daher würde mein Arbeitszeugnis auch nicht gut aussehen. Wie kann ich das umgehen ? Also was könnte ich beim Vorstellungsgespräch sagen, wenn er mich wieder auf einen Arbeitszeugis anspricht.

By the way, you should always be able to look at a job not as far as the knife with the supervisor, but to look for a new job in doubt and to do the job properly… The job is simply not the right place to crash into big conflicts!
An employer must: show you a neutral between testimony according to your performance.
Whether he likes you or not.
If it is not just formulated, you can and demand for furthering.
So ask for an intermediate product and give it to …without that it makes no good impression.
Say, you have not received it against expectation yet and demand it at your employer immediately tomorrow.
