Employment contract signed, who gets what?

Hello everyone,

I have a question about the employment contract.

When you sign an employment contract, does the employer forward it directly to the authorities or tax office, or does that only happen with the first payment?

Suppose I sign a contract that is only valid from October 1st, how does that work?

Just asking out of curiosity! Thanks for your answers.

Hello, only with the contract the authorities won’t get anything. When the first messages are created and transmitted, the tax office and the authorities will know you are hired. For this purpose, the first working day or the end of the month is usual when the invoices are made.

With the first payout it would be too late. The pay tax, nursing insurance, health insurance etc. must be taken into account in the billing.
