Arbeitsvertrag?
Hallo zusammen,
ich befinde mich aktuell in einer Ausbildung die in ca. 5-6 Monaten endet.
Mir wird jetzt schon ein Vertrag angeboten, wo ich mir noch nicht zu 100% sicher bin, ob ich diesen annehmen möchte.
Wenn wir vom Szenario ausgehen, ich werde diesen Vertrag unterschreiben, mich aber bereits anderweitig beworben habe. Und ich eine Zusage bekomme in den nächsten Monat, welche ich dann gerne in Betracht ziehen würde.
Kann man diesen Vertrag dann Kündigen ohne Probleme? Also Kündigung bevor Antritt o.ä? Der Vertrag behinhaltet keine Probezeit
