Arbeitgeber kündigt mich nicht – was tun?

Hallo,
Was soll ich tun?
Danke

What should I do? Continue working until new contract is concluded with new company?

Exactly. It can be so easy.

Would be really weird because my direct team leaders already know that I want to go

Well, if you don’t want to quit, you seem to be even more valuable. And if you’re planning to go away, the opinion of the current executive days can also be quite eager.

and it’s full time, for which I don’t have time (more)

Then I guess you’ll have to set priorities, after what you eat.

If you need the current job to get financially over the rounds, you need it and can’t just quit without having anything else. And then secondary jobs must take place to a degree that they do not collide with the main job.

If the secondary employment is so extensive that you can no longer do the current job, you can expect the secondary employment to keep you financially over water.

The answer is actually quite simple: it always has to live the one that is to be done (and with the resulting consequences), who wants to end a contract. And that’s you.

What do you want to do? Best to fulfill and work your contract.

It’s perfectly right that your boss doesn’t want to support you in social fraud. You want to quit, so you have to bear the consequences.

You want to avoid a barrier that would actually be justified – how do you call it?

Probably there is a lot of the mistakes of thought: The job center is not a self-service shop. But also otherwise the comparison – theft is an adneres delict as a fraud. And tactics has nothing to do with the fact that I am devouring something or imitating false facts in order to obtain achievements that are not at my disposal.

If I get a better price at the supermarket, it’s not a shoplift, but a fraud.

when I think about how to buy at the supermarket, do you call this shoplift?

Well, you want to finish the job. Then you should also quit and accept the consequences.

Otherwise, unfortunately, you only have to sign a new employment contract and then cancel it within the period of notice. By then, of course, you have to continue working.

it is full time, for which I don’t have the time (more).

If you don’t have a new job yet, why don’t you have time to work? Don’t want to get in my head. Something’s wrong

Okay. But you look very carefully whether you would have unemployment benefit or if so, how much. Your secondary income will be deducted from the ALG up to EUR 165 per month.

In this respect, it may be expected to announce from you and then to bridge the time to the new job without ALG purely over the secondary industry.

I once experienced a case, one with three more weeks has quit and then made three weeks sick…but of course you can’t…

In the end, you have 3 ways to make sick, continue to work or you drive your boss to quit and make yourself so stupid that it doesn’t work anymore.

In the case of Option 3, you should have signed the contract with your new company, as your testimony is logically not very rusty.

Continue working and so announce that you leave the company to the new job. So until then we have to work.

There are 3 weeks -.- sorry but almost no matter how fucking the job is if you are not somehow mistreated then you can grind your ass there and do some work.

In addition, there are probably again issues of payout

if your boss gets that you’re doing blue then he’s got a reason for a timeless termination and that always results in a lock.

You can’t force your boss to quit. Find a new job and quit.

The boss obviously does what he wants 😉

Can he, but no boss will continue to employ an employee who is significantly disturbing the company’s peace, since he then rather announces himself.
