Employer doesn’t give me energy allowance?
Hello, I'm a student and have been working for a company for a year on a €450 monthly basis. I asked about the energy allowance I'm entitled to, and they said I get it, but not through the company, and I have to apply for it myself. Uh, what? All further inquiries about this were ignored.
My question now is: Is he allowed to do that? Is he allowed to deny me the energy allowance? He doesn't even have to pay anything for it. Or is there really a way to apply for it myself?
§ 117 EStG Disbursement of employees
This means that an employer is in principle obliged, but in tax law there is hardly any regulation with a fat ABER
There is a small exception:
Is as much as:
Your Minijob AG may not be obliged to pay the EPP.
He is always not obligated if he does not register any wage earners, which is common in the areas where only Minijobber work
Then only §115 EStG intervenes.
§ 115 EStG Fixed with income tax charges
So just give a tax return to the emergency.
So if I make my tax return for 2022 in 2023, I’ll get the energy package first?
Jap
May he.
At my mini-job, the employer decides or he pays them to you, or you get them through your tax return.
The law does not actually provide for a genuine freedom of choice
