Aquarium water change?
How much aquarium water should you really change weekly for a tank with the following dimensions: 121x51x66 = 407.286 -> 407 liters
Let's say with plants, soil and above the protruding edge etc. we are at 350 liters volume
The fish population consists of angelfish, Congo tetras, gourami and blue-spotted groupers and a few armored catfish, ocellated plecos and redhead tetras.
You will not get a correct or wrong answer, because everyone has a different opinion on it. I change 50% of water every 1-2 weeks.
They all need water. Should I then retire the changed water with tap water ( Mittelhart) or osmosis water?
Many say OH GOD NO OSMOSE WASSER SO VIEL yk.
Or 50%50
One third every 14 days is enough.

I change the water at my 60l aquarium when the nitrate is 100. Do this for a year now and it works great!
