Aquarium filter humming loudly?

Hello,

I have a 180l aquarium with a JBL Cristal Profi external filter. My problem is that it hums so loudly. I've only had it for 7 months. I've tried a lot of things. The filter sits on a towel and the inside of the cabinet is lined with acoustic foam (it's improved a bit but you can still hear it quite a bit). On the back wall by the hole for the hoses, I also have a piece of acoustic foam between the hose and the back wall. I make sure that the hoses don't touch the back wall and I've already cleaned it, including the wheel in the lid. What else can I do to make it quieter?
