I'd like to write a personal book and design it with photos and drawings. Are there websites dedicated to book design? (So, every page, not just the cover)
Because if not, it would be very difficult if you do it in Word or Google Doc.

Canva is great for cover.
Do you want to write a book or children’s book or why does it need drawings on the pages? For such things, I would recommend professional programs, like Affinity.
There are short stories and I want to decorate them with my own photos and drawings per since.
In normal stories, this is not advisable, as it only distracts. But of course that’s your choice when you publish it on your own.
