I made a server. Is it possible to get people on it without being famous?

You could try using server lists like Disboard
I've been using disboard for a while, but it hasn't helped so far 🙁

I do. There are lots of roles, cool bots, some of which I even programmed myself, and I've even boosted the server twice. There are also quite a few soundboards, stickers, and emojis. The server focuses primarily on development and gaming. I don't want to go out on a limb, but the server doesn't look too bad :))
For example, I'm not really a fan of bots.
For example, you can create your own temporary voice channels that automatically delete as soon as no one is in the call, or you can create text channels that can be deleted via command, or you can set a timer. Something like that.
Why do I need features? I prefer a chat system with a voice channel, maybe a video channel, various topic channels, and an off-topic channel. Translation channels are also helpful for multinational servers.
Not if 50% of the features can be controlled via them.

What do you mean? These aren't the kind of annoying people who message you privately; they simply offer cool features and commands.
