Apply dermatologist medication to back yourself?

Hi,

I have a problem with inflammation on my back and have now been given some stuff with antibiotics that, in terms of its consistency and air-permeability, behaves like a disinfectant.
I told the dermatologist that I rarely have anyone who can do this for me, and he just said, "Use back cream." So, I bought it, picked it up… and of course, it was a complete failure.
1. It's extremely difficult to apply this back cream to your back because half of it already drips from the cream, and 2. the product dries completely within a few seconds, making application extremely uneven. I tried using a cloth, but it absorbs almost everything and nothing gets onto my skin.

I called the GP and they just said I can bring it up at the next appointment in February…?!?!
Unfortunately, all the dermatologists in our area are fully booked, so I have to figure this out somehow.
Does anyone have any tips on how to effectively get this stuff on your back by yourself?

I once read that the cream is placed on the tiles in the bathroom or on a door and then wiped off with the back. I don't know if it works, but it's worth a try.

if the eh drip-like is just let go straight down the shoulder and as far as you can grab distribute.

There are also these plastic cloths for the household, there is no blood sticking so much plastic is that and this should then be better to distribute because this takes about 5-10 seconds or longer until it even takes in.

that's where you're going. so my thought would be.

bend forward so that you are relaxed round head more down I say

and then the bottle or whatever you have taken and now ne had to pull straight from where you need drop to the top so ne air line as the bottle stops and just let drop while letting the drop move to the right and left.
