Hello, I bought my dad an Apple Watch Series 7 for Christmas because he was still using an old iPhone 7 and insisted on continuing to use it. So I did some research and read everywhere that the Series 7 is still compatible with the older iOS version of the iPhone 7, but when I try to pair it, the watch tells me the iPhone version is too old.
Maybe someone knows more about this and can tell me where the problem lies. Thanks 🙂

The watch has a version of watchOS that is not compatible with iPhone 7 or its iOS 15. It’s like watchOS 9 already.
