Cancel Apple One trial subscription?

Hey, I recently bought an Apple One trial subscription which expires on May 16th and then you have to pay. The subscription also includes cloud storage plus. I have an iPhone X and for a really long time I didn't have much storage and now I have 50GB. What would happen if I canceled it now? I'm actually over the standard GB storage, so the settings say 50GB plus, but if I cancel it now, will everything I have in my location storage be deleted?

Everything about the 5gb is deleted after the deadline. You can also save these files on apps like Terrabox.

You have 1 month of time to store your things locally from the iCloud, after which they are deleted.

All that is in the iCloud, e.g. download on Windows/MacOS. But gives massive tutorials on Youtube for something.
