Have you tried to log in to your AppleID in your browser or mail?

Of course, you can still try if the top does not go reset your password by clicking on “Forgotten password” while logged in.

As long as your iPhone is connected to the network, the password should definitely go. If that doesn’t apply, you can open a support case with Apple.
