I bought a gift card for 15 euros and want to redeem it in PUBG Mobile. Now, when I want to do that, I can see my balance, but I can't find where I can withdraw the 15 euros! It just says "redeem." Then I get to the page to write the code on the card, but I've already redeemed it. What should I do?
