Apple error message file?

For the past two days, I've suddenly been unable to access any of my files on my iPad. I can't click on them, delete them, etc.
An error message keeps appearing, but I don't know what to do.

Try to restart if that doesn't help, I would start directly with Apple, who would like to help. Mostly better than taste things that are not helpful
