For example, you can’t just eat finished food because they don’t last long in the stomach! For example, if you are oatmeal or potatoes, keep these lengths in the stomach! Of course you should (if you are not vegan/vegetarian) also eat some meat but best not almost food every day!

Just eat a satt maker. Oat flakes are great. Full grain, potatoes. All things that make long full. You don’t have to eat every 30 minutes! It is enough to eat every 4 to 5 hours.
