Applesauce extremely healthy or what?

Currently eating applesauce every day

Ingredients: 99.8% apples, lemon juice concentrate, ascorbic acid.

So you could say it's just like eating apples every day, right? Only much tastier.

An apple is healthy or moderate fruit consumption in general. Applemus is also okay as long as it is in measure.

But I would do it more with a protein source like e.g. quark or similar so that it contains more important nutrients and not almost only sugar. This then also saturates longer.

No: healthy apples. Not the apple. The apples hardly contain vitamins. And only apples as an ingredient without sugar??? I’m sure it’s not industry.

I mean for Blood sugar levels is not particularly good.

Hold as with fruit juices .

Gives a giant pick, after which a rapid waste=hot-hungry attacks.
