The wrong expression is dominated. Animals are domed, so used to humans. In plants, the process of refinement is called “cultivating”.

The apples we consume today are all breeding by man and have been bred from wild apples. Apples such as boscope, etc. would not occur in nature without human breeding. That’s why we’re talking about domestic.

Is still a breeding that does not occur in nature. All today’s apple varieties are derived from the Asian wild apple.

The plant was cultivated and “improved” until it was clearly removed from its original wild plant.

The conversion from a wild plant to a useful plant.
