You will have to contact the bank, for security reasons you will also have a transfer limit and you will have to "freely switch" the amount, then you can certainly make it a normal transfer.

You could also have this done directly at the bank. That's what you're doing on site.

Make sure that the conditions for the purchase price are met.

It usually runs through the notary's account. It ensures that the transfer of ownership will also take place by train

With such a high amount, a trustee would be recommended. You pay the money to a trustee and this only pays to the seller when you are registered in the country register.

In my case, the bank has transferred the amount directly to the seller!
