Hello, I've just finished my training as a retail saleswoman. I have an interview tomorrow at Rewe as a regular sales assistant. How do I best answer the question "Why did I apply to this company?" And does anyone have any general experience with interviews at Rewe? How many questions do they ask, what kind of questions, and generally how the process works.

Loading...Is the employer free to decide whether to specify requirements and not to mention them in the job profile? This means that if you are not suitable for the position, you will be eliminated after the interview at the latest. This could have been mentioned in the requirements profile in the job advertisement.
