Hello everyone, the prints from my Anycubic i3 mega look like a sponge.
The images are at 0.1mm layer thickness, at 0.2mm it gets even worse!
The object is 20x10x4mm in size.
Can someone please help me?

Clearly too little material. Either as Franky already wrote the tube or also a slipping through the extruder pinion on the filament.
This can either be at a low pressure or at a loose pinion. A storage damage can also occur, but is rarer and is especially only available with printers often used after years.
The partial punctual extrusion is particularly noticeable. Like pearls on a bead chain. This is evidenced by a jerk-like ejection of the material.
Obviously, the filament transport is disturbed!
Does the extruder transport the filament reasonably?
The PTFE hose is fine. Look at the ends exactly on. The PTFE hose must sit flush on the headbreak in the hotend.
The nozzle must also be in contact with the headbreak.
