Any recommendations on how I can teach myself boxing?

My dad won't let me go boxing because he thinks it's pointless, so I want to teach myself at home. Does anyone know the best way to approach it? Can you suggest exercises or YouTubers who could teach me? Thanks 🙏

Fighting skills must be taught by a teacher. The movements have an inner logic and always involve the whole body. In case of gross errors, one can hurt one's own body.

The repulsion of a fist stroke has a negative effect on its own body.

It's not a box.

The step sequences and step rhythms are elementary.

Beginners often train themselves into a battle rage, which is to be avoided in principle. Here the mental training would begin.

You may have wrong ideas from the boxing that a teacher recognizes and corrects.

If you keep your body fit through good sport, you already have a natural willingness to defend.

Unfortunately, it is not without a good teacher. But that's just my opinion.

In my opinion – that is not possible.

Sure – you can buy some books, watch youtube etc – and practice with it.

Believe me, if you're going to a real club with real partners, you'd have a premonition, more but not.

You have to experience this with a partner.

there are those slices that you put on the wall, only that this then goes quietly off I doubt….dont forget your neighbor….😌 Unless you live in a house.
