Medikinet maintains the active substance metyphenidate (MPH) and is a drug from the group of stimulants which is approved for the treatment of ADHD. From a chemical point of view, it originates from the supergroup of phenylethylamines, but does not belong there as often mistakenly assumed to the subgroup of the amphetamines but to that of the piperidine derivatives. Its effect is based on a resumption inhibition of the neurotransmitter dopamine and norepinephrine.

MPH is classified as describable anesthesia. The possession without a corresponding medical BTM prescription is staminable. Just like the sale or free transfer without a license.

MPH is considered highly effective in the treatment of ADHD. There is no prescription-free medicine which is also only approached to the effectiveness of MPH. All alternatives (eg Lisdexamfetamine/Elvanse) are also subject to prescription.

Hello pharmacist here,

Medikenet is methylphenidate which is a combination of various amphetamine and dexamphetamine salts. The only active ingredient which is free from prescription from the class of the amphetamines is Pseudoephedrine HCl. Although this can have a stimulating effect, it is essential to use fuss and it is advised by a more lavish intake as it can have severe side effects, therefore not recommended.

If you are interested in alternative herbs, there are Ashwagandha, caffeine and various vitamin preparations.

But if you think that you have ADHD or a serious case of narcolepsy, in which the use of Medikenet is necessary, it is recommended to make a diagnosis with a psychologist and not seek alternatives at night, as in many cases therapy can also help.

I hope my answer was helpful. For further questions, you can contact me at any time.
