Ansi keyboard in German, where can I find "<>"?

Hi. I want to buy a laptop. The device has an ANSI keyboard, but it costs a full €500 less than the one with the German layout. I can usually touch type with the German layout.

I'm wondering how I can get the <> characters with the ANSI keyboard when I set the Windows layout to German. Is that even possible?

When you press the "Windows key" + "point" on the keyboard, you come to a menu where there are different symbols to choose from.

In the 5th range (at least on Windows 11), there are these symbols.

You can also activate the on-screen keyboard in the Windows settings.
