Hello everyone, I have written a cover letter. Please correct the spelling and grammar to see if it is correct:
Bringing people together on a professional journey has always fascinated me. My master's degree with a focus on xy and my experience as a recruiter have already laid the foundation for this career.
Since I already gained experience as a recruiter at xy, I meet the requirements you are looking for. I was primarily responsible for drafting job advertisements, actively sourcing candidates via social media networks like Xing and LinkedIn, and pre-screening applicants. I recruited staff for various companies. I conducted interviews and developed new recruitment strategies together with the team. My open and communicative nature enabled me to quickly build a relationship of trust with the applicants. This allowed me to gain an authentic impression of the candidates during the interviews and help me make a suitable selection.

two typos in the first paragraph: by and Recruiterin.
In the second paragraph, I would personally insert a Komma Mach LinkedIn. You can remove the comma before the “and”.
then: could make a better choice.
Although I would also revise the sentence with regard to the choice of words.
Otherwise, I didn’t think about spelling and drawing.
It is also noticeable that you write almost only in preteriority, which is not wrong, but in some places sounds like you have chased the text by a translator.
