This is then a setting of your bank to not display this information to the customer (so you). In principle, they are transmitted and are often also visible in online banking.

I also see the cash payment at the bank or at the post office desk as a possibility. In general, it is worth questioning why it is blocked with these providers. If your donation was a larger amount (4-5 debits), you would have to be able to justify the origin of the cash amount by means of documents as well as the deposit due to money laundering.
