The drawing is very symetric. That’s very good. Maybe the eyes go a little further down, but it actually fits like that.
Maybe try to give the picture more movement. So no portrait but a pose, maybe the face slightly sideways.
I think the mouth is good, the hair could wear more swing.

Too softly pressed up or too soft a penmine, so that the image appears less contrasting (the eyes fit). Otherwise it fits, and by the way, beauty lies in the eye of the viewer.
The image is slightly inconvenient, so the gray looks brighter.
I even pressed on the picture to display the full resolution, otherwise the assessment would be useless.

I don’t know myself so much, but I’d make the neck a little shorter and wider and behind my neck might have to look at the hair.
Many thought contrasts etc. missing I can definitely agree.
Otherwise, the shoulders are somewhat strangely shaped inwards and too flat (so not directly the shoulders, but they have something so then it must be so much thicker, so the clothes also have volume yk😅?).
But as I said, it looks good, before all the hair and mouth I found good, I just got problems.
But keep going, you can surely get even more ^^

Very nice drawing (I like the eyes very!!!!)
What you could improve would be:
– hairstyle (hairs must be more visible)
-Shadowing and contrasts (darken to clarify with the hair/pullover)
The neck is too long and you can draw more shadows but otherwise it’s really good

The black contours are missing. Total to pale and unfinished.
