Angst vorm Allein leben?
Hallo, ich habe da eine Frage:
Ich bin nun schon 30 Jahre alt und wohne noch bei meinen Eltern. Ich habe nun einen Job bekommen und dachte nun endlich ausziehen zu können. Nach mehreren Monaten Wohnungssuche habe ich auch eine Wohnung gefunden und man hat mir zugesagt.
Nun fressen mich unendliche Gedanken und ich habe jeden Tag leichte Panikattacken und Weine.
Meine Eltern wollen gar nicht das ich ausziehe und sind ebenfalls sehr traurig besonders meine Mutter. Ich weiß nun gar nicht was ich tun soll. Ich war in der Vergangenheit zweimal schon depressiv und war in diversen Therapien wegen Jobstress und ich habe nun Angst dass dieser Zustand zurückkehrt. Selbst auf der Arbeit bin ich ständig am Angst grübeln das ich panisch Angst habe alleine zu wohnen. Es soll nun nicht nach einer Ausrede klingen um nicht auszuziehen aber ich bin einfach derzeit 24h am weinen und Angstzustände bekommen.
Kann mir jemand helfen oder hat ähnliche Erfahrungen?
