Afraid of water-related illness?

Hey,

I (M/14) am in Turkey with my family. We're currently staying in a small apartment near a village (we have lice infestation; after that, we'll be going back to our family home). The apartment has a small corner in the bathroom that you can use as a small pool. My dad filled it with water, and we sat in it. I got a little bit in my mouth, nose, and ears, and I'm afraid there are some dangerous bacteria or parasites getting in through my body orifices (including my anus and penis).

Can this be dangerous
