Angst den Flieger zu verpassen – wie vermeiden?
In 3 Wochen fliege ich nach NY. Der Flug geht relativ früh, dass ich ca um halb 6 aufstehen muss. Ich habe nur Angst den Flug zu verpassen. Ich stelle ja schon mein Handy Wecker, doch die Angst bleibt tortzdem :). Was kann ich da noch machen? Wer hat Tipps??
You can’t do much, and that’s exactly why I avoid putting expensive flights on the morning if possible.
But you’re gonna have a second alarm clock you can set up? And maybe you know someone who has to go to work so early and can call you.
Last trick: Drink before bed 1-2 glasses of water. You have to practice a little. If you drink too much, you wake up at 3:00, and if you drink too little, it does not have the desired effect.
There are wake-up services that call you. Then you have to go to the phone. Good trip

If you’re really so scared, ask someone you know if he can call you for so long and in case of emergency even come to you and crawls you up until you give him a confirmation that you’re awake.
If you don’t have any friends who would do that for you, you can just go through and then get in the plane. (So I would do it)

I always put three alarm clocks: 2 times on the phone/ies and once on a normal alarm clock. It is best to sleep well in the days before the departure so that you do not sleep the alarm clock;-) and at the Tatg before the departure at least 9 hours of sleep. That’s what I do. I’m afraid to miss the plane too. Hope helps a little

There is a telephone wake-up service, use it. Google helps.
