How is this a marriage? Do you have more money at the end of the year through the marriage?

If the income is different, the spouse-splitting may result in a tax advantage over two individual contributions.

However, the official spouse does not have to pay the statutory pension insurance, health insurance and care insurance via tax, as well as unemployment insurance.

These are all not taxes but social charges. Health insurance contributions are also deductible for officials as special expenses

What do you do best after marriage?

Concrete tax advice cannot afford this forum. Take both variants, once jointly complained against two individual complaints and then submit the explanation which is more advantageous for you.

Income is of course gross, as the tax is then calculated. Income Tax You can https://www.bmf-steuerrechner.de/ to be calculated.

2 x gross wage minus 2 x 1.230 minus special expenditure results in taxable income.

Why is that so important to you? If you marry, you don’t have less money. On the contrary, even at 80,000 to 60,000, a tax advantage should arise.

What do you mean income? Gross or net?

net interest no one except you two. =)

When I’m going through the variants, you have a link and maybe a guide 😬

Elster can. But gives more intuitive programs than that. Alternatively, the tax advisor / the pay tax aid remains.

For example, if I take the control class calculator on steipps.de.

Tax classes do not say anything about the income tax burden but only regulate the sub-yearly deduction of the wage. This is due to the tax debt.

No one can call you this value. You have to calculate it yourself in which you calculate both scenarios (common vs 2 individual complaints) via a control program.

I mean that’s the best thing for us 5/3 tax class? – but I guess it’s just gonna take something under the year, right?

If you like to repay. 4/4 with factor would make more sense.

Hello, thank you for the detailed description. According to my knowledge, it is so that you both receive Steurvoteile, and in the event of a divorce you or he is still secured with a pension. But think it’ll be nice for the month and not for the year.

An official is no other taxable.

An official does not have to pay social security contributions via the tax, nor does he have to pay social security contributions.

You earn €80000 in the year your wife deserves gross 60000 a year. At €140,000 a year you can easily afford a tax advisor if you are already overwhelmed with the basic terms
