Write an appropriate reply email?

Hey. I applied for a job and received an email reply a few days later. The email isn't particularly formal; it starts with a simple "Hello." They also ask if I'm okay with using "du" (informal). I don't have a problem with using "du" (formal) either, but how should I reply to the email? Should I start with a formal introduction like "Dear Sir" and continue to use "Sie" (formal) or should I use "Hello" (formal) and then use "Du" (formal) as the text progresses?

As you write, I would write back more personal and geduze. But can also send the whole email in here with blackening so that we have more context.
