Andere Ticketkategorie für Konzert in Olympiahalle München von Zweitanbieter erhalten. Was tun?
Hallo, ich habe Tickets über einen Zweitanbieter für eine bestimmte Kategorie gekauft. Immerhin sind die Tickets tatsächlich über Ticketmaster transferiert worden und ich bin sehr glücklich darüber. Trotzdem ist auch ein weinendes Auge vorhanden, weil die Karten mit eingeschränkter Sicht für den Bereich B2 versehen sind. Ich fürchte eine schlechte Sicht…vielleicht kann jemand was zur Sicht sagen?
Zum anderen ist die Frage, wie ich mit der Situation umgehen soll? Die Karten weisen komplett amdere Plätze auf. Einen direkten Kontakt zum Verkäufer habe ich nicht. Die Frage ist nun: Kann und soll ich überhaupt etwas tun?
