Anesthesiologist said?

So I'm a doctor's assistant and I work in a practice, so for a year now as a mini-job once a week and from August 1st 2024 I started here full-time but I quit because I got a position at the health department from October 1st. I will stay here in the practice once a week as a mini-job and here it's like this: it's a big practice and there's an orthopedic surgeon who has been administering anesthesia here twice a week for years, but not in the practice but in an operating center. I've been going with him for the last two months with another colleague and there's a different team in the operating center, nurse anesthesiologists and my colleague here has been here for a long time and knows the anesthesia team there and said to one of the anesthesiologists, a colleague who came here has quit, now Dilara is leaving us soon too. The anesthesiologist looked at me in shock and said really, then I said yes, but not because of them, I want to try something new, then she said what do you want to try, I said in the health department then My colleague said that she's staying with us once a week as a mini-job, she can't do without us, then the anaesthetist said that you can't do without her, then my colleague basically hugged me or touched my arm and was next to her, now what did she mean by saying that she can't do without us and the anaesthetist's saying that you can't do without her and that the colleague then touched my arm?

When I read your questions, Dilara, I think you’re always asking the same thing.

You want to know if your colleagues like you and like to work with you.

YES!

You can say confidently: “My colleagues like me, everyone likes to work with me and regret it if I will work elsewhere.”

Everything’s good!

I’ll fix it on your texts. You always describe what your colleagues say or do. From my life experience, I know how the relationships are between you.

That’s how you do it.

I’ve rarely read such a mess here. In the end, you don’t know what the question is.

Thanks for the information. The next time, please, with phrases.

Huh?
Could you try to formulate a question that contains the phrases and isn’t that blurred and full of unnecessary bullets?
