Anal-Thrombose/Hämorrhoiden Hilfe?

Hallo,

They normally cure from their own; they only cure with blood and then slowly develop. In the pharmacy there are also some recipe-free ointments; they also know well. Some ointments for thromboses and hemorrhoids. The ointments help well if you get to the place well.

By pressure they hurt; they can also rub themselves, bleed, etc. Since the blood in it takes some time to cure it takes a bit. With you did not want to cut; it was applied a bit and has completely improved inside – half a few days. Lidocain could be preceptible, otherwise it would also be possible with the doctor; they have thromboses more frequently in daily practice.

An analvene thrombosis differs visually from hemorrhoids.

In an analthrombosis veins near the after are closed by a clot. Affected persons often notice a sudden, painful, impact-elastic and bluish node under the skin at the anterior rim. A doctor can make the diagnosis.

The perianalthrombosis often disappears from itself within days to weeks. In pain, painkillers, for example with the active substances Dicolfenac or Ibuprofen, can help as a tablet. In the case of severe complaints, the doctor can surgically remove or cut the analvene thrombosis completely under local anesthesia and empty the thrombus. However, this should be done in the first days after the start of the symptoms.

You can also find a surgeon if it’s an analthrombosis.

Good improvement for you

still in the apotheke – there are some very good preperate without prescription.
often it is also useful to combine different things or are offered directly as packages (mostly salve or cream + cups). can of course also use the ointment of dm with cups (hametum or posterisan protect etc). cups are also often offered relatively inexpensively in larger packaging units – because with 10 cups come not far

Most freely available ointments do not help. They free you from itching, but not from the cause. The proctologist can only help with this.

In any case, I would immediately make a not quite so long-term appointment with the proctoologist.

For Hemorrhoids in addition to a conservative treatment (medicines, suitable diet) it is also possible to consider an outpatient killing or outpatient temporary application of a rubber ring, so that the hemorrhoids die. An operation is, of course, always possible.

With Thrombosis I don’t know how much I know in the anal area.

Maybe you’ll start another last attempt:

Buy Heparinsalbe. She helped me well in the beginning.

Yes, you already have to become a proctoologist.

Harmless hemorrhoids have almost everyone, you don’t have to be treated. The ointments offered help only temporarily.
