An order?

I ordered something from SHEIN and have been waiting for it the whole time. Now when I look at SHEIN to see where it is, it says the shipment is being sent back because the recipient refused. The doorbell didn't even ring at my door and I was at home all day. What can I do?

You can't do anything to expect. The status messages of China shipments are not always correct
