“On” or “in” the palm of my hand?

Not always. Where’s the mosquito or anything else?

• At the head, at the leg, at the po, at the neck, at the chin, many mosquito bites all over the body. 🥴
• In the ear, in the face, in the knee bow, in the hand plate.
• On the nose, on the back, on the hand, on the big toe, up on the head.
• Right under the left knee, behind the right ear, under/above the eye.
