Found a scammer some time ago?

Good evening, last fall I unfortunately came across a fraudulent offer on Facebook. The profile had a photo, but unfortunately I realized too late that it was a fake profile. It was about a side income opportunity. The man claimed to be from Essen.

I should install the You app and open an account there. It's a fintech from Switzerland that is also active in some European countries. I would receive a bonus of 50 for this. I assumed that this was a referral bonus when someone refers you.

After that I made 2 small deposits for the verification

The man then claimed that by connecting me to a type of trading he could generate a larger bonus of up to 1200 within a few days. Unfortunately he would have to link this other app to the account. Unfortunately I then made the serious mistake of sending this man my access to the app.

I didn't think at the time that the photo could be from another person and the profile could be fake.

You blocked the account after 2 days and sent me an information email. I also called them, but they said they couldn't give me any information for technical reasons, and they didn't give me any information by email either.

Yesterday I received a letter from Switzerland that a fraud had been committed in my name and a coffee machine was offered for 250 Fr on FB Marketplace, most likely under my name.

A man from Switzerland was cheated here, he transferred money to this account and the fraudster must have then transferred it further

and demands compensation, which I can of course understand.

I have given the public prosecutor a statement saying that I myself fell victim to a scam and that it was not me.

I also sent a screenshot that I luckily took of the offer.

I only found out what actually happened here through the letter.

My question is, what's the best way to proceed? The fine of 1,300 exceeds my monthly income, and I'd like to speak to someone, as I've been seriously scammed myself. And prove my innocence.
