Mich würde mal interessieren ob jemand von euch Erfahrungen mit Hypnose zur Bekämpfung von Suchtproblemen gemacht hat? Mir ist noch nicht ganz klar, ob es sich hier um eine legitime Therapiemethode, oder eher “Alternativmedizin” handelt. Ich habe eine relativ starke Anfälligkeit für Suchtverhalten. Das hat sich leider v.a im Alkohol und Nikotinkonsum sehr stark gezeigt….
