An alle Personen mit Kaufmännischer Ausbildung, in welche Jobs konntet Ihr euch weiterbilden/ sogar Führungspositionen?
Falls Ihr jemals eine Kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert habt dann teilt mir gerne mit wie Euer Werdegang aussieht.
Seit Ihr nach Eurer Ausbildung in dem Job geblieben, habt Ihr einen Quereinstieg gemacht, Branchenwechsel, Jobwechsel, Weiterbildung?
Mir fällt es sehr schwer zu glauben, dass man bspw. eine Ausbildung als Automobilkaufmann macht, dann beispielsweise eine Weiterbildung zum Projektmanager und dann ein Projektmanager bei einer guten Firma ist usw.
Deswegen würde es mich echt interessieren was so Euer Werdegang ausschaut und ob Ihr es von “nur” einer Ausbildung zu Top-Positionen, vielleicht sogar bei großen Firmen wie Airbus usw., geschafft habt.

As a former forwarding businessman (with various additional qualifications) I could be a driving manager in another company, and due to concurrent activities in catering, gastronomy and a hotel, as well as volunteer health transporters …now the activity directly subordinated to the GL as a ‘homeman and stellv. Take hotel managers to a rehabilitation clinic.

I did an apprenticeship as an industrial businessman in 1998 and had my 25-year anniversary last Friday. For example, I could have made accountants, economic experts or business owners. But I didn’t mean to. In the years, of course, the salary has been increased again and again and again and I am very satisfied with it. A leading position would be nix for me. I’m not the guy for that.

I am only now in the first year after training, but I do not irritate my studies or further education. Earn well, get a good increase every year thanks to good collective agreement. Other things are more important to me than career and stress.
