To all those who work in a pub or cafe, what method did you use to get people out who didn't want to leave?

Hello, I find the field of forensic/criminal psychology very exciting and can definitely imagine pursuing a master's degree in this field. Unfortunately, there's very little information available about salaries and job demand. So my question is: Will forensic/criminal psychologists be in demand in the future?
