I drive a golf 7 and at the golf 7 it is possible to use the tempomat without ACC.
The same applies to Golf 8. https://userguide.volkswagen.de/ with WVWZZZZCDZMW000192 and then turn on and off “ACC.”
Thank you
But as I read it, the tempomat is also disabled.
Switch to speed limiter
ACC is switched off.
Then just set speed for the GRA and he drives without ACC.
We have tried everything possible. But if ACC is out, the tempomat is also out. It’s also a 7-face lift.
I drive a Golf 7 Facelift GTD and can assure you I can drive with GRA. I can switch the system between ACC and GRA on the steering wheel.
Speed limiter is not tempomat. Of course, I know the best. I beat myself through a thread now. Tempomat without ACC is actually not possible.

I do not think it is possible to disable the distance control. I don’t know any reason to do that. Only the combination makes the speed control really usable.
Then you can’t use Tempomat to auf 2m.
But that was missing only real spiders.
Unfortunately, there are more than enough
